AVG Business Edition 2013 and 2016 will End-Of-Life (EOL) as of August 1, 2018. Please ensure that your customers are upgraded to the latest AVG Business Edition products.

Important – it is critical that you upgrade your customers before the August 1st deadline, as EOL versions will no longer receive virus definition updates.

Avast Business CloudCare

For partners using Avast Business CloudCare, we have started scheduled updates of all CloudCare versions 3.6.4 and below to the latest CloudCare endpoint client. To minimize customer disruption, we recommend that you adjust your customers’ upgrade schedules to a time and day that suits their needs. To change the upgrade time, please log into the Avast Business CloudCare portal, follow this path, and change the default from ‘Every day’ at 8:00 am local time to the desired day and time:

Avast Business Managed Workplace

For partners using Avast Business Managed Workplace, please update any customers that are using version 3.6.4 (AVG 2016) and below to the latest Managed Workplace endpoint client.
